Delivery and demonstrating is a very important part of our service process made simple. The implementation of our training program on the production floor in your facility (where it counts) is a non- complicated, unobtrusive procedure that adapts to the way you conduct business on a daily basis. It doesn’t alter, affect, or interrupt your production flow in any way. The program technique used is a “boot-camp” insertion style, no nonsense approach to implementation.
This training program undoubtedly will be new to your technician. For this reason we feel it is important to personally work with your veteran technician and the student tech on the production floor for three days to demonstrate the user friendly techniques and methodology behind our program. Demonstrating interaction principals between the technician and student using our unique instructive and directional training text and material in an “action plan” on any type of repair in your shop proves our easy use methods.
