How "The Academy" Training Program Works
Workforce development utilizing in-house training is as easy as 1, 2, 3
Step 1
Create a strategic recruiting campaign customized to your business!
A systematically designed process used in the recruiting stage eliminates all but the most serious student candidates. Student prospects are required to meet stringent guidelines in order to qualify for the training program. The Academy recruiting campaign rules out the "want to-bees" who may think they want to become technicians. Our strategy mandates "candidate investment" ensuring a desired will on the part of a student that is focused toward career success.
Step 2
Administering pre-testing to qualifying student prospects!
Once basic criterion is met, students are subjected to a unique pre-testing procedure that includes specific tasks, skills and duties to be performed. This procedure reveals a wealth of information key to the selection process of the proper candidate that will fit your company's culture and requirements. Pre-testing takes place on-site at your facility, and is administered by The Academy's trained professional in coordination with the production technician of your choice.
Step 3
Implementation of the R.E.A.L. world training design of "The Academy"
The designed structure of The Academy training program was produced as an organizational tool that quickly guides an experienced technician toward effectively teaching and managing the training agenda and duties of a student apprentice. The instructive format effectively communicates to the student the real world repair skills and knowledge necessary for enhanced learning in a production facility atmosphere. Our unique syllabus and curriculum was created for that very purpose. The text outline is an efficient method of highlighting repair techniques and procedures that unites the hands on learning process within an academic arrangement to monitor, test, and benchmark student growth and progress in an easy to use application. This application process taught to the veteran technician and student apprentice is uniquely exclusive to The Academy's implementation phase of the training program.

Using cost efficient mobility features of our program, we come to your location and spend five days on your production floor demonstrating to the technician and student apprentice team the specialized techniques, methods, and procedures of our training program. This is accomplished utilizing the work you have in progress, or vehicles scheduled in for repair at the time of implementation. We demonstrate the practical application and structure of the program in an unobtrusive manner that does not affect the work flow of daily operations.
